RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Heritage LM Market, we want every order to arrive in good condition and match what was purchased.

FRESH, FROZEN AND PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Fresh produce, meat, poultry, seafood, frozen foods and other perishable products cannot ordinarily be returned after successful delivery or pickup because of food-safety and temperature-control requirements.

However, if an item is damaged, spoiled, unsafe, missing or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup. Send your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Please keep the affected item until we provide instructions.

NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Unopened, unused and undamaged non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Items must remain in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We cannot ordinarily accept products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored or damaged after delivery. This does not affect your rights where an item was defective, unsafe, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please request cancellation as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins. Once fresh products have been cut, weighed, packaged or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible or reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted, subject to applicable law.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

After reviewing an eligible complaint, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and the customer’s applicable legal rights.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the payment. Delivery charges are ordinarily non-refundable after successful delivery unless the problem resulted from our error or a refund is otherwise required by law.
