DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERY

Heritage LM Market currently provides local delivery within 20 km of our Enugu store:

• Up to 10 km: ₦2,000 delivery fee, with a minimum order of ₦5,000.
• 10–20 km: ₦3,500 delivery fee, with a minimum order of ₦5,000.

Same-day delivery is available when possible and depends on the time the order is received, product availability, payment confirmation, traffic and delivery capacity. We will confirm the expected delivery time by phone or WhatsApp.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable Nigerian phone number. Additional charges may apply if delivery has to be attempted again because the customer was unavailable or the address supplied was incorrect.

STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is free. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours after payment and product availability have been confirmed.

Please wait until you receive a “Ready for pickup” notification before visiting the store. Bring your confirmation email or order number.

Pickup hours:

Monday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

Nationwide delivery is not currently available through online checkout. It may be introduced later for selected non-perishable products after reliable courier arrangements have been completed.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Bank-transfer orders remain pending until payment is received and verified. An order is not confirmed merely because a payment receipt or screenshot has been submitted.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfilment, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable replacement, adjustment or refund.
