These Terms of Service apply when you visit heritagelmmarket.com or purchase products from Heritage LM Market. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability. Natural products may vary slightly in size, colour, appearance or packaging. Product images are for identification and presentation and may not always show the exact unit supplied.

Products sold by weight are priced according to the measurement displayed on the product page. Reasonable minor variations may occur during weighing and packaging.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical, pricing or product-information errors and may update prices without prior notice. Any change affecting an order already placed will be communicated before fulfilment.

ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only after product availability and payment have been verified.

We may contact you to clarify quantities, measurements, substitutions, delivery information or payment. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed or fraud is suspected. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled item, an appropriate refund or replacement will be arranged.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Bank-transfer orders remain pending until the payment is received and verified in our account. A transfer receipt or screenshot alone does not constitute confirmation of payment.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Local delivery and store pickup are governed by our Delivery and Pickup Policy. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.

Please inspect fresh, frozen and perishable products promptly after delivery or pickup and store them at the appropriate temperature.

RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Nigerian consumer-protection laws.

ACCOUNT AND WEBSITE USE

You must provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Heritage LM Market name, branding, website design, text, graphics and original content belong to Heritage LM Market or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and other third parties. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

LIABILITY

We will take reasonable care in providing products and services. To the extent permitted by law, Heritage LM Market is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, incorrect customer information, improper storage or handling after delivery, or unauthorised use of a customer’s account.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.

We may update these terms when our services, legal obligations or business practices change. The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.
